These Terms govern access to and use of the Site (evercreate.co). Access implies full acceptance of the version in force. The Legal Notice and Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms.

Through the Site, Evercreate provides: corporate information about its services; a contact and meeting-booking channel; and access to its AI platform-design tool, which is also subject to its own conditions.

The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms; to provide truthful information in forms; not to carry out unauthorized automated extraction (scraping) or reverse engineering; and not to introduce malicious code or infringe third-party rights.

Site content is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to Evercreate or its licensors, as stated in the Legal Notice.

Evercreate aims to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. It is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the Site by the user.

Evercreate may modify these Terms and the Site at any time. The Terms are governed by Spanish law, submitting to the courts that apply under the relevant regulations.
