What data we process

Contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you send us. This data is stored in our database so we can manage and respond to your enquiry.

Call booking: the data you provide when scheduling a meeting via Cal.com.

AI design tool: if you use the “Design my platform” hook, the URL and description you enter are passed to our application (the Evercreate app) to generate the proposal.

Usage data: aggregated analytics, enabled only if you accept the corresponding cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

Handle your enquiry and manage the commercial contact (basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual measures at your request).

Manage meeting bookings (basis: pre-contractual measures / consent).

Measure and improve the Site through analytics (basis: your consent, revocable at any time).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and afterwards for any legally required periods. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

Recipients and processors

We work with providers acting as data processors, including: Supabase (database where contact-form messages are stored), Resend (contact-form email), Cal.com (meeting booking), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Cloudflare (anti-spam protection of the form via Turnstile). Each processes data on our instructions and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards set out by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@evercreate.co. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
